The State of Michigan has awarded more than $2 million through the “Make It in Michigan” Mobility Prototyping Grant Program to accelerate the next generation of mobility and defense innovations.
We’re proud that Darkflite was selected as one of this year’s awardees. The grant will support development of a tiltrotor-based UAS prototype, integrating our patented platform with advanced launcher capabilities for defense applications.
This recognition highlights Michigan’s leadership in mobility, advanced manufacturing, and defense technology – and it strengthens Blueflite’s position as a U.S.-based OEM building NDAA-compliant systems that create jobs and innovation right here at home.
